How is my booking paid for?
To make your visit simpler, all payments (visits, concerts, memberships) are now made directly on site, on the day of the event. We accept only payment by cheque or in cash.
Why is it important to confirm my attendance?
As the number of places is limited for each event, your booking is a valuable commitment that allows us to organise your welcome as well as possible. By booking without prior payment, we are counting on your presence. If something prevents you from coming, we would be very grateful if you could let us know as soon as possible so as to free up the place for other visitors.
How far in advance should I book?
For visits, bookings are open until the day before the desired date. For events with limited places (concerts), we advise booking as soon as possible.
What does my confirmation e-mail contain?
It contains the details of your booking, practical information and instructions for your visit to the castle.
